My body has decided now that I am pregnant, that it does not want to make milk anymore. The doctor said it was a natural thing. The nutrients used to make breast milk are now going to my placenta for the baby.
Adisynne has been doing better than expected for a baby that does not like to drink out of a bottle. We are still having some problems at bed time, but they are slowly getting better. I think it was harder on me than it was on her! I also forgot how much more work it is to bottle feed than to breast feed.
We are headed to Michigan today for three weeks. I am not looking forward to the drive, but it will be nice to see everyone. I will make sure and post some pictures while we are there.

Mayfest
Josh, Adisynne, and I rode in one of Cope's golf carts in the parade. Adisynne wanted to eat the candy instead of throw it!
Adrienne had her hair dyed yellow at Mayfest.

Doctor's Appointment
My first doctors appointment was great.
Our due date is December 16. They will take the baby a week to a week and a half before that via c-section.
Josh and I now have to decide whether to have the baby here in St. Louis or in Michigan. We figured we would have a lot more help with Adrienne and Adisynne if we had the baby in Michigan. Our doctor understood why we would want to have the baby in Michigan, and has no problem with it.
Instead of the normal tool they use to check the heartbeat, this doctors office does an ultrasound to obtain this every appointment. I thought it was very strange but was very excited to see the baby. The heartbeat was normal and everything looked good.
I go back on June 19, and will update everyone then!

Weekend/Mothers Day
Adrienne dancing with Adisynne.
Josh and Adrienne went fishing on Saturday and here is one of the fish Adrienne caught.
I had a great Mothers Day. I got to sleep in, which is the best gift I could have ever gotten. Adrienne made me two Mothers Day banners. When I opened the bedroom door one was hanging down.I then walked down the hallway, and the other one was taped across the hallway.
Josh made me breakfast, and then we spent the day at the zoo.
I have my first doctor's appointment tomorrow. I'l let you know how it goes!

Oh, did I make a mess??
Adrienne and I were in the kitchen making lunch, when Adisynne obviously figured out how to open her sweet potato puffs. She had them all over!
Adrienne, of course, thought it was funny!

My Two Big Girls!
Here is Miss Adisynne once again acting like a big girl. After she pulls herself up she looks around to see who is watching. Once she gets eye contact, she is nothing but smiles.

It's all about the cuddles
Cuddling on the floor before school this morning.
Adrienne and Adisynne love each other so much. Now that Adisynne is moving around and likes to play, Adrienne seems to be enjoying her more.
Even though this nearly gave me a heart attack, I still had to take a picture. I am not quite sure what they were looking at, but I think this picture is priceless!

Where did the weekend go?
The weekend always seems to go by so fast!!
Josh got Adrienne and I tickets to see cirque de soleil, delirium a few months ago, and the show was on Saturday. We had such a great time. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever saw. Adrienne had the look of pure amazement on her face the whole time. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone. I have heard that other cirque de soleil shows are good as well. I was really nervous about having to leave Adisynne, but her and daddy both did great. We were gone about 4 hours and that is the longest time I have left Adisynne!
Today we just hung out; I even managed to get a little nap in! Adrienne played outside with the neighbor kids all day. They play together almost everyday after school until about 7:30p, and all day on the weekends. They only stop long enough to eat, and then they are right back out there! Josh went fishing for a little bit this evening. He really wanted Adrienne to go with him, but once again, she was too busy playing!
This is a picture of Adrienne giving Adisynne a horse ride. It got a little dangerous so I had to intervene.
